From his work in the classroom to the field, Dr. Bill’s work does not stop there. He is a genuine mentor and entrepreneur. As founder of The Vincent Foundation, Inc. (twoBEbetter.org) with its mission to Empower Continual Improvement to that enhances the leadership mindset of parents, students, faculty, corporate executives, and administrators by providing equal access to vital resources across all communities. He and his wife provide Parenting Academies to countless parents of several school districts in Southern California seeking parental advice and techniques from raising toddlers to parents of high school children desiring to enter college – “college ready.”

Dr. Bill is intimately involved in his community by participating as an active member of the Carlsbad, Laguna, Temecula Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. Service emphasis includes our communities Foster Youth.

Dr. Bill also serves as a member of the 100 Black Men of the Inland Empire, where mentoring is provided to youth in the communities in the Inland Empire.

He is thankful for the opportunities he has received and is a servant leader giving back through his entertainment; trumpet player for over 40-years, piano player, vocalist, and member of the Bromatics group that actively performs around the California Southland.

Currently, Dr. bill is continuing his love of coaching football in China. He belongs to the American Football Coaching and Teaching Academy by invitation of legendary coach, Jim Criner, who he worked under at Iowa State University. Coach Criner has assembled several coaches he has worked with throughout his career at the collegiate and professional level to introduce American Football to various communities in China. American Football Coaches in China are being trained to become coaches as various levels from pewee to professional.

Dr. Bill will continue to teach, motivate, and mentor as it is his life’s purpose and passion to improve the life of others. He has made it his personal mission to help leaders, specifically men, #TwoBeBetter.
